Thank you all so much for the help. Here are a couple more questions
1) How do I clean this baby? We get so messy, every once in a while he/she will shake his/her head and food goes flying...lol. I know how to clean me up :p but what about the baby?
2) I'm trying to determine the age and here is a picture of a baby that looks like mine. Can anyone help?

As for the baby, he/she is doing great. It is so neat to do this. My dad and I raised a couple of pigeons when I was about 8, but that was almost 30 years ago. I forgot how fun it was. I say goodmorning and this baby responds with chirps and an almost clucking noise. I am looking forward to all the adventures, etc.

It is indeed a wonderful experience to raise those sweet babies.
I am so glad he is doing good.
The baby in the pic you posted should be around two-three weeks old. At three weeks they have more feathers and less yellow fluff.

You can clean the baby with a warm damp cloth. Make sure he is dry when putting him back into his nest.

Have fun with Be-Bop, cause they grow sooooo fast.
