tumbler is an ancient breed, that has been perfected through ages of selective breeding. They come in many color combinations and varieties. All of them must have muffs, and has to tumble when they fly. Being a performance breed color is considered of less importance, but it is possible to find excellent performers in show quality colors. The youngsters require constant training up to a year to be able to perform. Depending on the bloodline, a youngster can tumble with just a month of flying, or it might take up to 3 years to see the real performance. The most known property of Turkish tumblers is flying upwards in a helicopter like motion and tumbling during the flight after a dive towards the coop. The better the bloodline, the more they fly and charge the coop.
