Can i Rehome GBH ?


I'm about to get a pair of German beauty homers, and i was wondering if i can Rehome them at any age ? or should i keep them prisoners ?

Maybe you should ask the person your getting them from, they are homers you just never know.

It depends how old they are. I say that not meaning they will find their way home, because the vast majority of them are very stupid. If they are young birds then if you let them out with your other birds there is a good chance they will stay... but if they are old birds (especially if they never flew before) then there is a high chance they will just take off and get lost.

don't be fooled with the " homers " in the name .....it doesn't mean they will home .

I was given 4 show pen homers, I lost every single one of them except a hen who eventually was taken & killed by a cat . I believe crazy pete is correct when he says they are a show bird .

Hi, yess you could rehome German beauty homers. When they are used to the new loft let them outyside.
