Atis Clock No Power

Hi hope I am in the right forum. We have a new member who is starting out. She has a Atis clock. In her loft, which is over 100 feet from her house she has her loft. Now, I am the secretary and dumped all her birds in her clock using the Club System & Pidexx. She even can basket birds in her clock no problem as we have done that 2 weeks straight. Here is the problem:

She goes to her loft: Has her T-Connector plugged in with the Green light showing POWER. With or without an antennae hooked up - the Atis is dead. Nothing lights up or anything. We have had members switch 4 different power supplies and NO luck. We even had the members go to her house and try their T-connector - Atis is still dead. We took her clock to a flyers house and hooked it up there and her clock powered up FINE. She even went out and bought a new Extension Cord for her loft $150.00 heavy duty one as she has no power to loft. She even took her power supply, T-Connector, & Atis and tried it in every outlet in her house - DEAD

Help if anyone has any suggestions: The T-connector is brand new, power supplies tried were brand new - (By the way - all power supplies were the original kind - Big transformer directly into outlet - not the new kind where you have a 6" cord, then the transformer)

Thanks Dave

Try plugging in athe adapter upside down. I was told by an electrician that some adapters pull the power differently. I had a similar problem with a router and it worked fine after i plugged it in upside down.

Hey Dave , didnt know you were on this site.

That guy may be onto something about having the t-connetor upside down.
first I would ask her to make sure everything is grounded good. Then someone should check to make sure that the netural wire is connected on the black and that the white wire is on the common. I have ran into this on other PC / Printer setups. I know this may be different, put worth checking.

This will require to open the box where she is connecting the ext-cord.

Or install a box in the loft with a fault outlet. Ground the fault outlet right there near the loft, splice in the ext-cord to the outlet box making sure that the neutral and common are connected correctly.
