Brewers YeastHello all, I was wondering at what point of the week during the race season should Brewers Yeast be given if at all? Can it be given everyday, or just a few days before the race? Any suggestions on its use for short and long races would be greatly appreciated as always : )

like he said, 2 times a week will do wonders. thats what i do still, is good for racing and for their inmune system.
