I have to ask this question. Are you sure the cock is a cock? I've told this a few times in the past few months, so you may already know it and people are probably getting sick of hearing it.
I had a "cock" and "hen" paired from Jan to March. The hen would lay two eggs but wouldn't sit on them. Neither would the "cock"...........couldn't figure it out. A friend comes by one day and we tell him.......he walks out to the loft, looks at both birds and says., "you've got two hens mated together"........he was right. Soon as I put a REAL cock with the hen, she was fine. If both hens had laid eggs, I would have figured it out obviously.......but just the one hen ever laid.

Did the original father flew after the babies hatched or as eggs.

It could be that the cocks biological system hasnt accepted the baby yet

OK. I take it that all the birds are in the same loft. There really shouldn't be any "single" birds. In a breeding loft, it's always best to have pairs only. I guess that's not always possible though.
So, the answer to your question is.......if there's a single cock bird, eventually he'll mate up with ONE of your hens.
It sounds like you've got two hens "mated" sort of........one is obviously somewhat happy with the other cause she's laying eggs. The other hen......not so happy about it all.
Short of removing any single birds, you'll just have to let them sort it out.
