Home agin after 2 yearsLast week I had a racing homer hen That I gave away 2 years ago come home. I guess she may have got out or turned loose. But she decided to come back home. I do not raise homers any more. Had to unlock the old trap and she trapped. have not heard from the person I gave her to. So I will keep her for a while.

Wow, Robert.....she remembered where her former home was after two years! And they say elephants never forget! Guess pigeons are right up there in the memory department.

I'm not surprised. I've got one bird that has been missing since OB's last year. I KNOW she didn't get lost. I believe to this day that someone has her in their loft. I still watch and wait for her to come home. When you have missing birds, one can show up any minute of any day.
