this seems to be an never ending battle for justice with this guy , you would think it would be a open and closed case whats is taking so long to find these people some justice ,I just dont get it

That's why never send money order or anything to anyone when buying pigeons...There are a lot of CROOKS out there, young and old...They are not worried about any trouble because it's all on your own risk if you fall for it...The best advice I can give is to contact them by HOME PHONE, speak to them about the transaction before sending them the money order not just any money order but a POST OFFICE money order, this way they you can track them when they cashed in the MO and they will think twice messing with the USPS (federal offense), if they insist to give their cellphone and not the home number then that's is something fishy to me (IMO)...Like I said before over $20 it's hard to trust anyone online, unless otherwise I've been talking to those people online for a good while....

What if everyone contacted him and asked about buying birds? He would spend a lot of time answering e-mails and then when nobody bought the birds...? Be nice and pester the heck out of him?

With the title Mojave, this guy must be in the high desert in California, in the Barstow area, which is only 3 hours from me. Does anyone know which city this guy resides in? I can contact the DA office in San Bernardino county if this is where he resides. His actions constitute a criminal action instead of civil.

Add another person who paid for Pigeons, never received anything. Purchased 4 pigeons in November, apparently the weather is bad in Hesperia all year, because he never shipped. DO NOT buy from MBS and do not do business with pigeons4sale.com. All crooks, I will forward my details on to RPUSA. Not only fraud, but this is a felony.

Actually i think Bourgoin will actually ship you the birds but, i dont think the peds would meet the standard of the bird vice versa. Its just crazy how they can do this and get away with it.

We may have already done more to raise a RED FLAG concerning Mojave Breeding Station's business practices then any other group in the USA. Simply go to your favorite search engine and type in Mojave Breeding Station

At least on my AOL search engine, this thread is the #1 and #2 links. So if some poor soul does any independent research, they should run into this site and all of these stories. I would hope that would cause enough alarm that they would ask people in their club or combine, or contact some of those who have posted. Where there is smoke, there is fire, and in this case, I think there are an awful lot of burning mad customers. Enough for anyone to question the ethics of this particular business.

I live in Hesperia, where they have their PO box at. More than once I have been at my PO shipping birds, and another man came in with a box or two of racing homers. I tried to strike up a conversation, wouldn't you? the first couple times he was a bit rude, so I never spoke to him again. This could be the guy?

I noticed his ad on the Mojave Breeding Station web page, I would not want to link someone to such a business simply based on the fact that his web site has a link and picture on the Mojave Breeding Station web page. I do take exception to some of his claims he makes, but then I am biased and have a conflict of interest. But suggesting he might be a crook, simply because he might have some business affilation, is something all together.

People can put links of other sites on their web page, and I don't know if the owner can do anything about it. There are any number of links on Mojave Breeding Station, and I would assume that not everyone on the site endorses the business practices of Mojave Breeding Station, perhaps they are not even aware of it.

You are correct. I removed my second post. I have never dealt with Bourgoin, only noticed that some birds are listed on both sites Potazzo, Thunder, Maria, Zoon etc. Not fair on my part to assume that they are connected.

I noticed you just posted some items, and you just showed up on the site. You are making statements which may all be true, but then you could also be the owner of a competing business to some you mention, or you may simply hold some grudge. Before we go off the deep end, and start trashing some business site, you should be willing to share some information in order to be fair to the people who are being talked about, who are not here to respond.

Like perhaps, your real full name, when these transactions occurred. I am talking now about Pigeons.4sale.com. If you have information which can be documented, or at least be willing to share what personal experience you had, that is much preferred over "They are all crooks". We want to be responsible here, and not act as a mob. Notice the detail listed early in the thread, where the gentlemen provided his name, his club, and band number type information, and even his phone number. May not want to post your phone number, but it sure lends creditability to your statements....Just like on Judge Judy.
