My pigeons first egg

My king pigeon pair laid their first egg today! (first time my pigeons laid an egg before) Should the second egg be there tomorrow?

Congratulations!

The second egg skips a day, so if the first egg was laid today, the hen will lay another egg day after tomorrow.

Somewhere between 3:20 and 4:30 The second egg was laid and the hen is now laying on them. When should the eggs hatch about march 17th?

A bad sign for...? It just shows the eggs are not fertlie...
They can keep sitting on them reguardless because it is ok with you if they are/were fertile.

Yes, You should be able to candle three to four days after the second egg is laid and see the start of the baby developing. If you have not candled eggs before I would wait a few days and candle them again to be sure.

If they are truly clear I would say to toss them and let them try again,

Ok, but is it possible for eggs to develop veins and all late? And if I toss them, would it be quicker until they lay again?

I agree, to wait a couple days before candling.

you just have to make sure you know what your looking at.. it is not good to take eggs away in hopes they lay again so soon.. there is nothing wrong with letting them sit these for the duration untill the give up.. the hen will have plenty of calcium reserves for the next round if you do.. here are some things to think of when trying to figure out fertility.

Fertile male / fertile female = two fertile eggs except when the sperm is blocked from reaching the egg
Fertile male / infertile female = zero eggs
Infertile male / fertile female = two infertile eggs
Infertile male / infertile female = zero eggs
Fertile female / fertile female = four infertile eggs
Fertile female / infertile female = two infertile eggs
Male any / male any = zero eggs

If the male was infertile, would he always be infertile?
