Hello All,

I am new to this forum having found it on a Google search. I have been a pigeon fancier since 1969. I had to give up my birds in 2001 but hope to get into pigeons again soon.

I have a Website you may want to check out and use. It is an auction site for pigeons. Not much happening right now, but I think most of the members are buyers and not sellers. So, if you are thinking of selling a few birds check out my site at www.pigeonbids.com and register as a user.

I also have a question someone may be able to answer. I had a very nice family of top quality Buitta's when I sold out. These are excellent distance birds with a show quality second to none. I had some of the nicest Buitta's in the Twin City area, bred from Bob Koran and John Gerga Buitta's. But, I was wondering if anyone knows the history of this family of racers. George Buitta was a Boston fancier who developed this family of pigeons and flew against the likes of Sam Lembo, but that is all I know about them. I would like to know what families of pigeon George Buitta bred from to develop his own family. They reminded me of the old Fabry's I had in the early 70's. Absolutely gorgeous
