Second TossI turned the birds out in the same place as the first toss and it took them quite a bit longer to get home. The first toss was at about 5 miles and they were home in about 10 min.. This toss, it took them about 31 min. to get home. Maby they were just enjoying the scenery. I guess they were tripping and not worrying about how to get home because they had been there before. A good day and my wife was tickeled pink when the birds showed up. She was worrying that they might get lost. LOL.

I kept the tree setter home. He is about three weeks younger than the other birds and my wife told me if I lost that bird, I would be in trouble. So to stay out of trouble, I let him stay in the loft. LOL

The young bird is the dark one with the white on it its face and several flight feathers are white. I guess you would call it a splash?

Ohhh he's pretty
 I have a weak spot for splashes and white flights though, lol. It's got enough white to where I'd call him a splash instead of pied (even though it's basically the same thing?)
