Snowfest 2009

Just got back from snowfest and it was great. If anyone has a chance to goto stuff like this I would sugest it. We had a blast, our rooms were next to the rooms that Frank McLaughlin, Crazy Al, and the Jones boys had and we got to hang with these guys and have one heck of a good time. All these guys are great guys and all of them would have a drink with you and talk pigeons and help in anyway they could. I can't say enough good stuff about them. There was some awelsome pigeons there for sale and even some good deals. It was great.

I purchased a bird via a friend that went down. Woulda been nice to be there though.

It was fun and if you havn't went you should. I think I will go every year now cause I made friends with people out there before and have even more now.

Places like that and the Conventions are always a fun place to go kick it~! Everyones there for 1 reason or another. And everything revolves around pigeons ChaChing~ChaChing!

The Jones boys talked me into going to the convention next year. They said it is great. I just have to get enough money to send birds to the races. The spaces are filling quick and they are only taking 2000 birds, but it is prepaid only.

Yes you have to reserve a spot by prepeaying and I don't think there is a site made yet.

Yep, the birds sold for a total of 31,000 this year. Pigeon TV was there and the rolling museum. Oh, I might be on pigeon tv if I make the cut.
