YB's vs Coopers Hawk!

I let out my Yb's this morning and wouldn't you know it.....Mr. Hawk was there to greet them a good morning! I thought the hawks have all migrated already because I haven't seen them around while flying my OB's but this crude dude is still around. Maybe in another week or so he'll move on... Anyway, he didn't get any of my Yb's but he he scared the crap out of 3 of them that just returned not too long ago. To make a long stroy short, my Yb's won the battle today! I inspected all of them and not even a scratch.

I have had my YBS out for about 3 weeks or so. No hawk problems but my friends (Close by) have been getting hammered. Yesterday as they were comming in a group of black birds kind of buzzed them on the roof. They really scattered and I thought what the F*** then a big redtail crused by-But the Black birds were just beating on him so he didn't even look at my birds. They were up for close to 2 hrs even about 4 that had never flown
So far no coopers Don't really want to see a Coopers.

I'll take a red tail over a coopers any day of the week! Glad to hear your birds are doing well!
