Mark 1 up for th Ferals

I had to drive out to a friends house this morning about 16 miles away. On my return drive back home, I saw a cooper hawk in hot pursuit of a lone feral. My heart almost jumped up into my throat. Suddenly the feral dipped down right in front of a pickup in front of me. The feral is okay. Not so good for Mr. Cooper. He hit the pickup's left top corner of the windshield (windscreen for our british members lol). Flipped airwards and down right in the back of my truck. Who just happen to be right behind me?? Stay tuned !!

US Fish and Wildlife Officer. He was very nice though. Don't know what he planned on doing with the hawk. He was heading down east. Hope not your way Avion.

The hawk was still alive? I wondered why I hadn't seen this post before......I see the first post was at 11 this AM.......you put it in the "stories" forum and it has to have approval before it shows up. That's why no one has responded till now.

I'm glad the pigeon made it okay....gee...that hawk had great timing, which ensured his immediate rescue.
