Bird In Glendale CA Needs AssistanceWe have a white dove or pigeon reported on 911 Pigeon Alert that flew into a window yesterday. The bird has been safely contained but needs a place to go until I can make arrangements to retrieve the bird.
Is there anyone in the LA area that could assist with this? Terry

I wish I lived closer to help you out Terry. If I did I would take it in a heart beat. I can tell you this much if it flew into a window it may have spinal injury or damage. Look for poo plug blockage if that happens then 98% sure it has fractures inside that will not allow it to go potty. Good luck in finding someone to help you, hope this little bird is ok.

Thanks Cindy and JC .. I had a phone message from the rescuer last night that his daughter adores this bird and he is seriously considering adopting it. He has some questions, so I will get back with him and then suggest he join us here. So, hopefully, this case will soon be closed with a happy ending.
