Canadian Clubs

Someone told me that they think the "CARC" markings on the banded bird that found me on Friday came from a Canadian club.

Does anyone have any websites or e-mail addresses of Canadian groups I could write to and give them the numbers on the band?

I'm the one who took your case on 911 Pigeon Alert. I've been looking and can't find anything on the web about "CARC" bands, but everybody doesn't have a web site. I too thought that it might be a canadian band, but it's not one that we have on our organization list. I've tried Canada and California, but no luck so far. I even looked in Ohio but got no where. If you find out anything, let me know via the e-mail that I sent you from 911. I'm still looking.
