Found a pigeon with 2 eggs in the stonewall trough!!

hi all,

I just happened to find this site on yahoo after I found a pigeon with 2 eggs in the stonewall trough the other day. I am living on 18th floor of a 20 storey building in Hong Kong. It is no suprise to my cats watching birds and pigeons landing on the trough for food as my mom usually leaves some rice leftover in the trough. The other day we found one of them laid 2 eggs and kept coming back hatching. We are glad and excited to see the mother picked our home for shelter and it's also kinda weird to see such thing happened in this concrete forest. Hopefully the cats won't scare her away and we look forward to see the baby birds coming to the new world.

Enjoy the parents and then the babies. It is a great experience and so much fun to watch them grow.

Hello and welcome to Pigeons.com

I'm so glad you are enjoying watching mother and father pigeon and they have a warm environment to bring their babies into the world. They obviously feel comfortable laying their eggs close by.

Continue to put out a little extra grain and seed, they appreciate your help and kindness.
