found dead white pigeon in driveway with tag

I found white pigeon in my driveway dead with tag on leg. What should I do. This is the first time this has happened. Here is what I see on the tag NBRC 2009 V 159 Please let me know what I should do.... Here is my email lounsberry27@gmail.com
