Found Pigeon_ Fleetwood, PA 19522

There has been a pigeon hanging around my bantam roosters since Friday 10/23. I thought it would fly after the weekend of rain (it can fly), but after 2 days of sun it is still here & it will be raining for the next 2 days. I emailed it's club (Tri County in NJ), but the email bounced. I have fed it pigeon grain I had on hand & gave it water. It is still here this morning. Any help would be appreciated.
