found pigeon in east aurora, ny (buffalo)

my name is eric, i am a veterinary technician at orchard park veterinary medical center in orchard park, new york.
a good samaritan brought in a stray pigeon that does have a band on its right leg.
it reads as follows:

it is healthy other than a mild conjuctivitis in one eye. if anyone knows anything about how we can trace its owner please let me know as soon as possible.
