Found Racer Pigeon!!

I found a racer pigeon today when I got home from school. He'she was out by my turkey and chicken house (maybe the smell of fresh water and grain attracted him/her). The bird is very pretty, but I would like to find the owner. I have tried looking on http://www.pigeon.org/bandlist.php to locate the owner, but have had no luck finding the right information that matches with the birds band. I live in Illinois about 200 miles from Chicago (this is the city that is on the band).

The band is red and reads " AU 2006 Chicago 710" there is also a yellow band and a green band on the bird, niether have any information.

If there is anyone who can help me help this bird find his/her home we would both be thankful.
