help catching pigeons?

for the past month there has been a pure white rolling pigeon hanging around my house every day and it has a silver band and when ever I see it I let my birds out and throw some feed on the ground and it eats like it hasn't eaten in a week but I can't catch it I tried everything I can think of from a special pigeon trap to throwing a blanket over it nothing works any advice on how to catch it I'm really desperate.

I finally caught her!!!!!!!!!!!! and she turned out to be one of my dad's friend's birds and he told me that he had no use for her and I got to keep her
so that makes 17 birds.thanks again for all the helpful advice
