Help! Toronto Rehabber?This was sent to my crows group, can anyone help please?

His wing is broken and I don't see him flying ever again. I think that Humane Society would kill him and I am reluctant to send him there. On the other hand,? (clipped with Yahoo! Toolbar) Anyone know a bird rehabber in the Toronto area for this pigeon? They left their phone # <
