The incubation time for pigeon eggs is approximately 18-20 days. If the eggs have been there for six weeks, then they aren't going to hatch. It would also be necessary for one or the other of the parent birds to be sitting on the eggs all the time. If that hasn't been the case, then the eggs are not going to hatch.
If you are positive about the length of time and know for sure that there hasn't been a parent bird sitting on the eggs, you can just bag the eggs up and dispose of them. Terry |

What if the eggs are 8 - 10 days only and neither male nor female parents are coming close to those eggs from past 3 days. I have also locked the door of my balcony so that they can come easily and no one can disturb them.
Once in a day I check those eggs. Kindly help me as well.

Most likely the parents abandoned the eggs for whatever reason, there is not much you can do to make them sit on the eggs. If it is cold where you live the eggs most likely are not viable anymore. You can candle them by taking them to a dark room and holding a flashlight behind the egg, see if there is an embryo in it and if it is moving. Reti
