What to do?? both have something bad with their legs and also they dont be capable to fly away. Any ideas??

Do you have any idea how old these birds might be, do they have any white cere above their beak? Perhaps they are nestlings and young, that is what maybe possible.

What does their poop look like?

You could take them to London Wildcare in Wallington ( not too far away from you in Tooting!) They would take care of them for you.
