Tar on pigeon feet

He's got an extra toe on each foot? Did the tar do that?

Side effect maybe from the tar.

No he's good, he's got all his "8" toes. It was a chunk of tar/dirt and whatever else that got stuck that came off.

I'm just massaging it with mineral oil and then washing it with water/dawn and and a rinse. I did not want to start picking at it. The

skin might slough off

kinda freaked me out. I did not want to start picking at it.
If the sloughing happen I would have to take him over to Cindy.
