REALLY? WHO? I know a few people on Mars...

Ever read Edgar Rice Burroughs? He was known for more than just "Tarzan."

VERY good, George! I would only dispute the French Wine (Napa Valley)...Pidgey does not know whine - ah - wine...remember, it's BEER (in BROWN bottles only) AND clear liquid in assorted glass bottles that he gets from his neighbors. AT quite the deal, I might add...they would NOT be happy to hear he may be contacting that "liberal" State called CALIFORNIA, where all those durn "furiners" live...

Oh yes I saw that on the news. That alien is one of my cousins. When we came over my whole family crawled inside of ducks. They just flew us right over. We were one cousin short. Now we found him.

I recognized him as soon as I saw the news.

We are celebrating as I type.

Well, the X-Ray sold for $9,600 to the Palace Casino, probably in Las Vegas, so if a pilgrimage needs to be made by duck rehabbers (like our own beloved Terry), then perhaps Phil could make a little extra by puttin' 'em up for the night (they'd be REAL "pigeons" after all). The bidding sat around the $4,700 mark for a couple of days and then went to its conclusion in the last minute with two heavy hitters, the Palace getting it in the last 5 seconds of the game. There were 92 bids in all. I think there are plenty of folks out there with more money than they really know what to do with.

Ummmm, Pidgey .. I think that duck was way beyond the help of any rehabber by the time the auction started Still .. a trip to Vegas and maybe saying hi to Phil .. not a bad idea

Glad to hear you found your lost cousin! So where are they staying - ah - minus the one that's still in the duck? At least now he's a celebrity!

Hey, come to think of it, I might know one or two...especially if they are from Mars...George already sold my bridge to some Martians...possibly your cousins?

I WAS interested in going to Vegas and visiting Phil, but, well, y'know...those - ick - bugs that won't be named... Phil would have to do some fast talking to get me to change my mind...

Well, Terry, I figured that it was too late for the duck... but that's the only evidence left of the duck that gave its life to save the earth from alien invaders!

Well that is a nice amount of money to go to a good cause. I hope that some of my brothers and sisters on P.T., and many birds will be able to benefit from this little alien.

Yeah, but the duck WAS in CALIFORNIA...ALL other states are INNOCENT!

Makes sense, tho, that the X-ray is in NEVADA...NOW THERE is a DIFFERENT STATE! (no offense, Phil, but...well...) Although, to be fair, Las Vegas IS the culprit!

Besides, just because I MIGHT know some of Feather's cousins is no reason to get "nasty" and "compare" ARIzona to THAT other state...

Okies are a whole 'nother SPECIES! Lots of fun, but strange... They INVENTED the term "alien." (as in UFO)...

Well, if they are all like you all I can say is "BRING THEM ON".

I am really sorry about your cousin though.

What about that poor duck?

Of course, if he'd lived, the California DA would no doubt have prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law, regardless of the fact that the duck was a lawful resident and the alien was definitely from "out of town".

Well, I do feel sorry about the duck. Of course I do!

I forgot to ask Feather what happened to all the ducks that hosted her family and brought them over.

Hey, guys...Feather's alien cousins have powers far beyond those of mortal man...

The duck was badly injured...the alien was able to help the duck "pass" on without fear or pain. That is only ONE of their powers...This cousin was NOT responsible for the duck being injured to begin with. Unfortunately, he was x-rayed before he could use his "invisibility" powers...

Lemme' see if I've got this straight:

The alien (Feather's cousin) was struck for a buck so he tucked in the duck like a truck but got stuck 'cause the duck couldn't chuck the alien muck like a puck with a quack or a cluck...

Yuck, that luck does suck!
