What A Sad Story. I Almost Adopted a Wild Horse Now I Wish I Had. These Horses require Alot When You Frist Get them There Not Like Most Horses So you Can't Just Put them In Cattle Fields. They Would End-up Hurting Themself on The Fences Trying To Get Out. They Have To Be Kept In With Metal Panels which need to be the tall ones until they are trained. Almost anyone can adopt a Wild Horse if they have the rigth set-up for the older horses the adoption fee is $25, for the Younger ones Its $125. And I think You Can Also Help Be Sending Them Money To Help Buy Hay To Feed them. But With the cost Of hay and Grains going up Its Becoming Harder For Just About Anyone To Feed Livestock. Even At The Livestock Auctions For Trained Horses People Are Just Giving Them Away. If Anyone Has A Acre Or Two And Some Extra Money Adopt A Horse. But If your New To Horses make sure you have someone to help you with a wild horse. I'm Going Now To Sign And I'll Be Preying For All These Horses. And Anyone Who Wants To Adopt can Go To One Of the Holding Area's For these great horses And Adopt It There. You Can Also Check Out There website I think you can Also Adopt Off Of It.
I have A few Pictures Of Some Of the Wild Horses that Where Up For Adoption Here In VA.
