All Animal Lovers NeededSorry and forgive me but this is not about pigeons.
 ..but it IS a "General Discussion"...we are trying to get out the word to ALL animal welfare types, and that means most of you...The BLM has been rounding up wild horses and keeping them in holding pens as part of its "land management"  ...now it has over 30,000 of them and says it cannot afford to feed them ...so they want to start euthanizing them this September instead of returning them to the wild until a better solution can be had. If this offends you, email the BLM at wildhorse@BLM.gov and/or sign a petition at www.gopetition.com (subpart animal welfare/wild horses)...and spread the word. Silence = acceptance of the plan.
