Fighters Of Air Pollution

Once again our pigeons are use to help man. Our birds have now become reporters of air pollution. The birds are fitted with a small battery powered divice, and are used to monitor local areas for air pollution. www.pigeonblog.mapyourcity.net .GEORGE

George,

Thank you for providing the link, this was mentioned before on Pigeon Talk and it is very interesting!

I hope the pollution doesn't effect their (the pigeons) lungs, or the devices hindering their flight or safety.

Do you know any of the pigeon owners involved?

Thank you George for the information. Like Treesa, I'm hoping that our little friends are not in danger. They do make me proud though.
