I actually had a friend of mine come to me on this article and thought it was very funny, as I have always been pushing on the way a racing homer can preform. The average person has no idea what a racing homer can do or a "carrier pigeon" (how uneducated is the general public any way?) can do. This to me is very positive to the hobby and takes away from the way pigeons are perceived today.
