HI all , Third egg doubt

hi all

i already told u guys that my hen has layed her third egg,.
And my male bird only incubating for all day and night,..

What reply i have got from u all is " both the bird may be hen"

But they were doing some romance,.
I offen see my female going to male bird who is sitting on egg
and put her beak in male head and doing some romance,.

Will two hens be romantic?

I heard like same sex bird will fight each other,.

Yep, they will act all romantic and cuddle too. Yes, they might get into a fight about who sits the eggs and when.

Sometimes, but rarely, a hen will lay three eggs. I had a hen who did it twice in her life. First of all, watch for a 4th egg. If you get 4 eggs, then you have two hens. If the 4th egg doesn't show up, then it's quite possible that you have a hen who laid 3 eggs and if there's a male involved, there is a very good chance that all 3 eggs are fertile.
Girl pigeons can lay eggs just like chickens. They do not need a male to lay eggs, but they DO need a male to ferilize the eggs.
Do you know the dates that the 3 eggs were laid?

Then you should get the 4th egg today. I think you will and then you will know you have 2 female pigeons.

Well, if there is NOT a 4th egg, then, first of all, make sure that both birds are doing ok. There's always the possibility of being egg bound. Most likely that won't happen, but you just never know. If both birds are fine, then allow them to sit on the eggs. After about 7 days, you can candle the eggs to see if they are developing. At that point, then you will either have dud eggs, OR you will have three babies on the way.
Just have to wait and see now.

Good morning..........first of all, let's try to stay in one thread.........having two going on at the same time can get confusing and someone will answer you here in this thread....
Now, unless you have a male bird that could possibly have mated with these two hens, then no, the eggs are not fertile. You can either replace the eggs with plastic or wooden eggs, or take these 4 eggs, two at a time, and boil them, let them cool and give them back. Either way is ok but leave the eggs and let the two hens sit on them as long as they want to. If you take them away, they will just lay 4 more and that's not good for them.
