Hit the jackpot yesterday G43, G44 & G45

The cashier at PetSmart called and said they had a down pigeon - went by and picked up G43, he's a young fellow (still squeaking) that had been shot with a pellet gun, got him under the right wing, I got him all cleaned up and on meds to prevent infection and I think he is going to live, probably won't fly again but he can join G2, G3 & G10 as a member of the non-flying house bird flock. Then I went out to feed everybody in the Pigeon Palace this morning and found we had two births yesterday, welcome little G44 & G45 this keep up we will have to go to a hexidecimal numbering system.

NAB :-)

G43 on the mend I hope - wish him luck or maybe say a little prayer for him if you're so inclined he's hurting pretty bad right now.

And welcome G-44 & G45 and their proud Mom

Pround Mom

A pellet gun? How can people be so mean? I said a prayer for this little one and for all the suffering creatures out there at least this one has someone caring to take care of it I guess he hit the jackpot too.

Hey Nab

With all these babies being born, your new coop is filling up fast. New babies are mighty cute.

Sure hope G43 recovers well. Prayers being said.

Congratulations on the new little bundles of joy, G44 and G45. I'm also saying a little prayer for G 43 that he will be comfy and on his way to a speedy recovery.

Like I said in your other thread,... it won't be long now and you will have more pigeons then I have.

thank you for rescuing G43, he is lucky to live with your other indoor sweety's.

Congratulations, Nab! I know little G43 will be okay with you caring for him. G44 and G45 are darling, and Mom does look very proud.

I notice both with the ferals outside, and the ones inside here too, this time of year, their interest in Baby Making quickens...

Good going there Nab...!

What fun...!
