Shovel nose --- a pigeon determined to waste feed and grit by using his beak as a shovel throwing feed and grit all around!

Mine too..............went out last night to get all the babies up off the floor. Picked up the oldest one, 27 days and he always squeaks and does his little wing flapping thing......so, anyway, I give him a fresh bowl of feed and wiggle my finger around to see if he's eating yet, and sure enough.......he went to throwing seeds left and right.......looking for the little white peas. I've been blaming Dad and Mom for the mess and I'm sure they make their fair share, but the little one is right there with them.
 They learn early.
