You can acquire bands, get info on specific breeds and "home" in on clubs in your area in Canada. Membership is only 10$/year. I'm not advertising, just pointing out a resource that can help direct you to your needs. Canada doesn't have huge resources, so hopefully this will provide a catalist for you to begin your pigeon journey.
