I had added some information some time ago to the e-book and here is the danger of copy and paste...some how one of the sources I pasted from must have been an Emril fan because some recipes got inadvertantly added to the end of the e-book. So if anyone is wondering, I didn't add that section on purpose. It is NOT in the table of contents. However, I have removed it thanks to somebody pointing it out to me.
Feel free to delete the section "squabbing and recipies" from the end of your copy of the e-book if it is in there. The last 10 I sent out or so must have it.  I'm a little horrified but I guess you could use the recipies for Grilled tofu just the same and your birds wouldn't have to know.
