2001: A PIGEON ODYSSEY CONTINUED...

Welcome everybody, to the new millennium! Yes, I'm sure you all know, this is the real one! I never did get the confusion with that. We all learn early on, that we use base-ten math. We start with 1 and count to 10--we don't start with zero and count to 9. Still, if a 2 & 1 is called tewnty-one, and a 3 & 1 is called thirty-one, and a 4 & 1 is called forty-one, and so forth, why isn't 1 & 1 (eleven) called "onety-one?" Just a thought...

Judy says I should stick to pigeons and leave the math to higher minds.

Anyway, the Pigeon Chat Bulletin Board was
down for a while--at least to those of us in WI and LA. I'm glad to see it's back up and running!

I had the pleasure of a phone call from bigbird over the holidays. There are many changes planned for this bulletin board over the coming year, and all of them will greatly improve the information & entertainment value of this site.

It is my wish for 2001, that all our friends, and many new ones, continue to check in from time to time. I've had the honor of meeting some very cool people through Pigeon Chat. It is my hope that that continues through the coming year.

I believe that any constructive suggestions for this PC BB will be most welcome!
