Hi,
it could be two things. They could have pox or canker.
If it is canker you can give them flagyl and it should clear in a week or so. If it is pox, that is a viral disease, so there is nothing you can do about it, but you still could give them antibiotic to prevent any bacterial infection of the pox lesions.
Usually it is not fatal, make sure they eat and drink .
How old are they?
Could you maybe take them to a vet?

Hello and welcome to Pigeons.com

Did you say you have more than one baby with these kinds of lesions..or just one?
How old are the babies? Are they eating on their own? How does their "poop" look?

By your description , if it is in the stage where it is showing up on the eyes and beaks there should be immediate action taken. Young birds have not much resistance to these diseases.

Reti is right, you should seek the help of an avian vet or bird rehabber to get a diagnoses, as treatment should be started a.s.a.p.

Make sure you isolate the sick ones from the healthy ones, also.

Please get back with us when you can and give us more information Treesa
