Baby Pigeons Born - Now What?

I posted a few weeks ago about a pair of pigeons that had made their nest on my balcony then two eggs showed up. Well today, a baby bird showed up. He's very yellow though with lots of feathers. I don't know how I could have missed him as I look out on the pigeons every day, but he's out there now, a tiny yellow bird. I'd love to help them out. What can I do? Do they need towels to lie on? Bird food? (If so, what kind and how do I serve it to them? In a bowl?) Any help is appreciated!

Hopefully there will be a second little one shortly. The parents should take care of everything needed for the babies. I'm sure the adults would appreciate some fresh water and pigeon mix or wild bird seed if you can offer that to them.
