Beautiful bird! I beleive he's a saraphim aka classic oriental frill.

Angel (or Charlie,) is soooo beautiful. Good luck w/ him or her! I have seen your earlier pictures of Angel and thought she/he was so pretty. Almost looked like a smile with that little beak! Good luck w/ acquiring a partner for Angel/Charlie. You are a nice person, David. The "art" and poem you have shared with us is so beautiful.

Yep , the bird is surely a "Seraphim" , but a Seraphim is not aka a classic oriental frill . However , the Seraphim is a cross breed out of the oriental frill and was originated here in the states .
