Sounds like your on the right track!

Do you have something to keep the babies in? I have used baskets lined in towels, cardboard boxes, anything to keep them contained and warm. If you have a way of checking the temperature make sure it is about 85 degrees for them if they are getting feathers now. If they are still acting cold then raise the heat just a little, as you already know they are pretty good at showing if they are cold or not. Do you have a gram scale? That is one of my most used items with my birds epsecially with chicks, you can see things when they are going well or going wrong so much faster when you weigh them. Mine is just a kitchen scale that weighs in grams not one of those fancy "just for birds" ones!

If they aren't acting right then you know something needs to be changed but it sounds to me like your on the right track and you will be fine.
