Found all white pigeon

We found an all white pigeon hanging around. The tag says IF CF 2004 036. We have fed it a little Avi cake (we have a macaw) which he/she ate quickly and gave it some water. It's not going anywhere and will get rather close to us, isn't too shy. How do we get it back to it's owner?

Called Tom Wise - he is the owner of this particular bird, a homing pigeon he released on Tuesday. Hopefully the bird is on its way home. If he is still hanging out at my place tomorrow, Tom is coming to pick him up.
