Gone away, gone forever??

Ive had my first two pigeons at my house for a long time and just these past few days they have been coming and going. For the first time they have been gone for the nights.
Were could they be going too??
The thing im going to try is to keep them in there loft for a few weaks or days so that mabe they will forget about this place. Im worried becuase I have had one of my favorite pigeon leave and then came back and then left againg and then never came back since. This behaviour is the exact same thing that my other one did. I managed to catch one of them. My first pigeon but I cant get the other one.
What do you think will happen???

Hi Rosie,

This is one of the snags of releasing pigeons or letting them fly free, you just can't keep tags on them!

Were they rescue ferals that might have had a roost that they could return to?

The best thing is to keep positive, hope they will return and make certain that there is food and water available for them when they come back.
