Help needed with a sick young feral

Hi everyone

Got a 1 month old feral that seems to be suffering from canker. It's looks as if he has the cottage cheese yellowish looking stuff inside his mouth.

Not sure what the remedy for this is. He's also dehydrated and malnourished and very weak. He will drink water but hasn't eaten yet.

He seems fine other then that because he can fly, wingslap, etc, but it takes a lot out of him which is how i was to capture him.

Any remedies for canker or other ideas would be much appreciated. Thank you.
Nikola
