She sounds extremely sick, too ill to be guessing a diagnosis. I would get her to a vet as quickly as possible.

They tend to do that with feral pigeons (my vet does ) but as yours is a tumbler and a pet they might behave differently.

The problem is that in Northern Ireland you don't have the access to medications that they have in the US so you would need a vet's prescription.

Perhaps the wildlife rescue place could help you?

If Rob can't get any help from a vet or the rescue place can anyone suggest some meds that might help this pigeon? I am in the UK and might be able to send something if I knew what would help.

The rehabber that checked the egg for you, can't that person help you with this sick bird? This bird needs immediate attention.

Make sure this bird is kept warm, in a quiet place, away from the other birds. I would start giving it some Pedyalite for rehydration. Treesa

Well, now that I've had a look at the rest of your bird's symtoms, it doesn't look like a diabetic bird.

I find it disturbing that your vets won't treat your pigeon. Here in the US the vets will treat the animal as long as you've got the cash to pay for it.

I agree with everyone else put your bird in a warm quiet place and force feed it.
