You'll need some kind of photo-editor or other application which will enable you to
(a) reduce the size of the picture as viewed on the screen and/or (b) reduce the file size by compressing the pic or using a 'save for web' function, depending on the program used. Check windows explorer to see what the current size is. If you don't have any such thing, you can send it to me at pidgie@globalnet.co.uk and I'll fix it (but not til this evening UK time) John

I also use my webshots album on some very large pictures. I will load a pic I like to my webshots album where it is reduced in size, save it back to my picture file and from there upload on the forum.
This helps reduce those very large pictures to under 100 kb's. Sounds like alot of work, but it is not.
