I need help with a loft...

Ok, all the places I've gone, I've only seen HUGE lofts. I need one for four and can fit in a backyard... Has a door, and has enough room for a family of four. Little, too, I am going to get Charlie, (male seraphim) a mate, when they are ready to buy, and we're goign to let them make a family. So, a small loft for four, with a door, avairy.....Please help me...
