incubation, etc.Hi, everyone--Pierre (female, actually) and Thomas have finally fallen in love and are living together. Although they're both somewhat disabled (broken wings), and it's been clumsy, they MAY have successfully mated, and they're now caring for an egg. What's the incubation period? If a baby is born, and is healthy, would I be able to release him or her once he or she is weaned (I don't really have room for more pigeons, although it would be tempting to keep a baby!)?

The incubation time will be approximately 18 days. If you don't tame the baby too much, it should be able to be released where there are other pigeons and a supply of food and water.
