May be bad news for people who feed wild pigeons in LA

PIGEON FEEDINGS RUFFLE SOME FEATHERS
Los Angeles- Officails want to stop a mysterious bird lady who spreads 150 pounds of bird seed daily near Sunset boulevard and Vine Street, drawing flocks of pigeons whose dropings have fouled the area
The feedings have interfered with a landscaping project, officails said.Authorities say they cant order her to quit. Erik Sanjurjo, a LaBonge deputy, said the next step could be amending city las to ban pigeon feeding in areas of Los Angeles

It's funny how people find nothing better to do than to complain about people feeding pigeons...

In this case of the woman in Hollywood, CA she is dumping way to much seed everyday in one spot and what happens (I know this from experience) is the birds fly in from everywhere and feed causing people to take notice of them and that's when the complaints come in... She needs to spread the seed out in open fields in the dark of night throughout the town....

I suspected it was you Andi! Despite your denials,.....I am still not so sure. Especially after reading your "Experience" comment. Andi dear, please don't leave the empty bags lying around anymore. The city is about to make a bylaw against feeding 150lb sacks daily at the intersection of "you know where". And the by-law could even get named after you! And there could even be special fines for dropping crackers. Lord knows, what next. We will all be sneaking around at night just to do our grocery shopping, never mind feeding the pigeons!

(ever wonder why the city doesn't actually make a good law, like outlawing handguns, sheesh, like feeding pigeons is really that bad eh. They need some perspective in California I think.)
