The most important factor to consider in shipping is the temperatures at the shipping and recieving end IMHO. PA (receiving) should currently be no problem. I guess it depends upon where in CA the bird will be shipped from and what the current average temperature is. Temps can vary a lot from southern to northern CA. I have had lots of birds shipped, although usually somewhat earlier in the season. I have always recieved the bird no later than the second day after shipping and they have all, luckily, been in good condition. Good luck.

Is it american fan. or indian fan. Do you currently raise fans. Is it from a breeder or dealer. Is it just for a pet or for breeding and showing. these guestions helps to deturmine the answers.
